Millsap property

This property has good coastal, some trees and wooded areas, a creek, and pond. It has a small barn that is good for a variety of options. There are many trees along the West side by the creek, and the South end of the property. The front fence by the road is pipe, and the rest has barbed wire. There is a small section of the fence on the East side that has temporally been removed so the neighbor could move in a house. You are only a few hundred yards from the elementary school. This property has not flooded in all the years the owner has owned the property, but it is in a flood zone. It is being used to graze cattle at this time.
