Milano 88 is within easy reach for Brenham, Austin, College Station and Temple for a great weekend getaway. The property abounds with wildlife of deer, hogs and dove. There are several great building sites near the electricity which is on the property. The 30x30 metal building is just right for equipment or for a buildout of a bedroom or two. Several ponds and lots of oaks, live oaks, and holly trees allow for proper cover of the wildlife. Being on a dead-end county road makes this property feel like it is miles from civilization.
From the intersection of SH 36 and US 79, cross over the railroad overpass and turn left on Church Street. Travel on Church Street (do not turn at the post office sign) until you cross the railroad track. Travel 3 miles and turn Right on CR 331-B. Go .5 mile and look for a sign with an arrow. Turn left on CR 331-C and go to dead end. Another sign will be at the locked gate to the property.
