Maysfield Ranch

Incredible recreation ranch tract centrally located. It's very hard to find these large tracts in this area! An hour from College Station, Waco or Temple. Rolling terrain is primarily wooded, with scattered open areas. Water wells are in the area, electricity is at the road. Plenty of deer, dove and hogs with little to no hunting in previous years. With some food plots and management, this could be be an excellent hunting retreat!
