2. Two deep aquifer wells were previously drilled, approved, and tap into some of the purest water on the earth with a ph greater than Fiji water. I have attached an example of our water bottle design. The project has all water needs contained on-site. 1 million gallons a day.

We also have 5 - 2in water meters, approx. 750,000 gallons a day of non-potable water for agriculture.

3. It is one of the most fertile land formations for farming in the state. Immediately adjacent to the Maui Ag Park, the farming opportunity is significant. The 86-lot subdivision is approved as an agriculture community, whereby farming must be a part of the project in some form. The project has left asides a large tract of a mild grade for larger footprint agriculture where small, soft farming will be incorporated into the 5 to 40 acre lots as currently planned.

4. Renewable Energy. The state has a mandate that it will produce 100% of its energy from renewable sources by the year 2035. The project is located at the best coordinates for solar. In fact, the 2 primary electric distribution lines for Maui straddle the property with the Maui Electric Company(MECO) sub-station immediately across the street.
