Masterson Grain Facility

Located off of Highway 136, this grain elevator is the ideal set up for someone looking for an investment. There are two metal grain bins and two overhead hoppers that combined hold a capacity of 225,000 bushels. For easy transportation, there is a truck receiving pit with a steel roof and a truck load-out. The truck load out is located between the bins and has steel exterior walls with metal rollup doors. Masterson grain facility encompasses 5.37 acres and also features in-ground truck scales and a scale house. The facility is situated 12 miles northeast of Amarillo.
