The Martin Farm is an excellent hunting property in Unit 13, less than an hour from Wichita. The wildlife potential on this property is unlimited- wheat and soybean fields provide excellent forage for trophy deer, quail habitat, established deer bedding areas, and water developments along the creek could provide excellent waterfowl hunting opportunities.

County roads border the east and south sides of the property. From the intersection of U.S. Highway 166 and South River Road, go 1/2 mile south. The property is on the west side and continues to the intersection of River Road and East 170th Street. The property lies north of East 170th Street.
