LAND: This ultra-sweet place has a near-perfect mix of wooded to open land, in a gently rolling, rural setting that ought to be on the cover of a magazine. Loamy bottoms are had alongside the creek branch, rising to low, loamy to sandy knolls, with serene views of the surrounding woods and fields. Elevation change is up to 60 from high point to low, and the land forms a natural, secluded bowl, with the creek basin being the centerpiece, and several lovely homesites overlook a possible lake site.
