Welcome to the Wild West of Idaho! Scenic farm and cattle ranch located in the Mann Creek Valley of Weiser, Idaho.

The current operation runs 200+ pair year-round. It is fully fenced and cross-fenced for rotational grazing. The diverse dryland terrain provides a unique flora of shrub and native bunch grasses, great for grazing ground and wildlife habitat.

The ranch is self-sustainable, with opportunities to enhance farming and ranching operations. The ranch also provides hunting for big game and upland birds. There are ample irrigation water rights of 280+ acres and 150+ more flood-irrigated acres adjudicated early spring, along with four natural springs on the property used for stock water year-round. Improvements include two Zimmatic pivots and working corrals for sorting, loading, and shipping.

The ranch is undeveloped and comes with two building permits.
