As the ranch decreases in elevation, a 52-acre planted field of oats and sunflowers marks the mid-point. Pecan and oak trees line the river banks while oaks, mesquite and a few cedar are on the rest of the ranch. It also consists of a well-maintained network of roads and a sendero going from west to east. The ranch has 3 feeders and abundant whitetail, axis and some hogs. Birds consist of dove and quail.
The ranch has 2 water wells with one supplying the RV barn. Electricity crosses the ranch in multiple places and powers the RV barn and water well. A nice set of working pens is on the property for those seeking to pursue a cattle operation.
