The MacDonald Tract (103 Acres) is located on Hwy 3 (Whetstone Rd.) between North and Salley, SC. It has 89.5 Acres +/- in Orangeburg County and 13.5 Acres +/- in Aiken County. The property has approximately 900 ft. of paved road frontage on Whetstone Rd. Nantuckett Rd. bisects the property creating approximately 3400 ft. of county dirt road frontage.
