Lynches River Tract is accessed via a deeded access road off of Old Creek Road in Bethune, SC. It is only 5 miles from both Bethune and McBee and is convenient to Camden. Columbia, SC and Charlotte, NC are 60 and 70 miles away, respectively. A gated entrance leads to internal roads that allow for access through the property and directly to the Lynches River.

This is an amazing river tract with 4,500 feet of prime river frontage on the Lynches River, a perennial water source. This part of the Lynches River flows wide and is easily navigable by canoe, kayak, small Jon Boats which are great for fishing, and recreational paddle sports which makes Lynches River Tract an excellent candidate for those interested in outdoor recreational activities. Along with the river benefits, the property is well suited for hunting both land game and waterfowl such as wood ducks.
