This tract of land is +/-50 acres of an original 5288 tract given to the university 50 years ago. The owner of this tract bought 1000 acres, the only part of that original parcel ever sold. There has not been a bulldozer or chainsaw on this property, in fact, hardly anyone has even walked on it other than cows and deer for the past twenty years.
