Acreage:The ranch is 778 acres and includes approximately 80 acres of cultivated land which is perfect for a wheat and sunflower field. The balance is native mesquite pasture, which has been mostly untouched for decades.

Topography:Folks, this one is pretty! The topography is nearly level on the east side and rolls into deep steep canyons on the west. There is right at 100 feet of elevation on the ranch, allowing for some pretty dramatic views across Stonewall County!
