Charles Springs is located approximately 5 miles South of Dowling Park. This County Park consists of 5 acres of land along the Suwannee River and has been designated as a historic site. The small shallow spring has a diameter of about 25 feet and a depth of 2 10 feet. The area is heavily wooded and features a nice bluff overlooking the Suwannee River. There is a one lane, paved boat ramp and parking area and wooden steps leading down to the spring. The park is also along the Suwannee River Wilderness Trail route from White Springs to the mouth of the Suwannee at the Gulf of Mexico.

At Longleaf Farms you will find two 10 acre parcels that have been planted in longleaf pine trees. The pine trees are only a couple of years old and approximately 18 inches tall. You could let the trees continue growing or mow them down to clear the land. The eastern boundary of Parcel B has been fenced. Electricity is available to the front of the property and each parcel is located on a county maintained dirt road. There is no requirement or timetable to build. Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted. Farm animals are permitted.

There are NO DEED RESTRICTIONS on this property, but you must follow the building codes of Suwannee County when you do decide to build or make improvements.
