The ranch is 2 hours from either OKC or Dallas. This part of Johnston County is known for its limestone soils that produce mineral rich soils that support healthy cattle and heavy horned bucks. This 132 acre property has a small drainage that runs roughly north and south through the property with a long pond, narrow pond located at the southwest corner. The flanks of the drainage are covered in native pecan trees. As you move east on the property, a small limestone rise dominates the land and you see the vegetation transition to prairie grasses and smaller scrub timber.
