The property fronts on Shorewood at the top and Loganberry at the bottom with Loganberry providing the main access. Slopes are primarily very gentle with a small portion at the southeast end being somewhat steeper. Terrain has multiple variations from almost flat in places to gently rolling. There is an excellent coverage of mature oaks with almost no brush and a few nice rock formations. You will discover that there are a multitude of potential building sites that will provide excellent views and great seclusion from the neighbors. This is a complex property with terrific visual appeal that provides an amazing natural canvas for you to engage your artistic talents to create the living environment of a lifetime.

How about the negatives? There isn't much to say that could be viewed as a negative. Location is at the southern portion of Squaw Valley so it is a ways off of Highway 180 (about 8 miles) but the roads are in great shape.

As you can probably tell, I really like this parcel. It has great character and the potential of being a singularly unique rural residence. It is highly suitable for both animal and farming uses with room for all of the outbuildings you might have in mind. And, the owner is willing to consider carrying paper for a qualified buyer. He is, however, very firm on his price (with good reason).

Don't let the pictures fool you. They make this property seem very average. It isn't, it just doesn't photograph well. This really is one you have to put feet on. When you do, you will discover what I did. This property has a natural aura that calls to you.
