Little Edisto Farm is located off of Hwy 174- Edisto Island National Scenic Byway-in Charleston County, South Carolina. The entrance is a very secluded causeway that follows the marsh edge of Whooping Island Creek, a salt water pond, and wooded peninsulas that lead to the bank of Watts Creek- the intracoastal waterway that feeds into both North and South Edisto Rivers.
The farm is only 20 minutes to Edisto Beach and is less than an hour from historic downtown Charleston. It is a scenic 15 mile boat ride to Bohicket Marina on Seabrook Island to the north or to The Marina at Edisto to the south. Another 15 miles either way will take you right into the popular destinations of Charleston or Beaufort which offer multiple marinas, restaurants, and accommodations.

There are two waterfront homesites that would offer unparalleled views of the intracoastal waterway and the ACE Basin. This includes over 1,000 feet of deepwater, dockable frontage on the intracoastal waterway. Little Edisto Farm consists of planted pines, open fields, duck hunting impoundments, a saltwater pond, and natural pine/live oak peninsulas surrounded by salt marsh.
Little Edisto Farm is under a conservation easement with Edisto Island Open Land Trust which set the standard for management of the land and allow(s) the continuation of historic and traditional uses of the protected property as a family residential, recreational hunting and fishing retreat.
