A few years back the Red Raiders of Texas Tech recruited a football player named Wes Welker. Welker didnt get a lot of Division I offers, but Leach and Company saw something in Welker that everyone else missed. Welker wasnt big, but man he was tough, skilled, and had a lot of heart, and his motor never stopped running. Not only was he wildly successful at Tech, he has been wildly successful in the pros.

This property reminds me of Wes Welker. Its not big. Its not fancy. Its sort of ordinary looking, but I think its better than it first seems to be. Its on the highway. Its fenced. Food plots could easily be added. It can be ranched or used for hunting. Its well rested and its available. Its right here under our noseslike Welker when he graduated from high school.
