The Lily Lake Vineyard has roughly 5.5 acres of of vines, some with trellis in place and all under drip irrigation. There are 5 varieties planted; Black Spanish, 2 varieties of Blanc Du Bois, Merlot, and Mareschal Foch with the oldest vines being 10 years old and the remaining vines aged 3 to 9 years. Production of 10 varieties of wine utilizing vintners own recipes and grapes along with a combination of juice acquired from other vineyards. The 2016 projected sales volume is over 750 gallons of the state competition award winning wine. There are also 12 peach trees on the property that can be used to make peach wine. The winery hours currently marketed on their website and Facebook page are Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 5:00 PM. The 1,200 SqFt wine tasting room centerpiece is a 12 foot bar with additional tables for up to 16 tasters at a time. Equipment can produce 1500 gallons of wine per year; including juicer/de-stemmer, fermentation buckets, bottle filler, oak barrels, and two dishwashers for cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
The beautiful stucco 3,457 SqFt home was built in 2004 and includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 additional office/dens, large open concept kitchen and family room.
