Located 7.5 miles down BLM trails from the nearest county road, this large, varying-terrain ranch features deep canyons and valleys, high ridges, meadows, wooded thickets and more. An old trapper’s cabin could be brought back to life for primitive use, or build your own secluded off-grid cabin in one of the many grassy meadows along the trail with expansive views. There is a rough-prepared building/camping area towards the southeast corner of the property, which would be a perfect spot to bring a small camper, build your cabin, or just tent camp while enjoying the fantastic opportunities for recreation, hunting, and more! The area is well-known for great bull elk, mule deer, turkey and other game due to the rough terrain, heavy cover, and proximity to water.
