The timber consists of a mix of 25 year old pine stands and areas of older, more mature hardwood along creeks, drains and bottoms. This tract has great deer, turkey, and small game hunting along with the perfect spot for a dove field. There are several wildlife food plots and more could easily be added. The good internal road system allows you to easily maneuver around the property. To top it all off, there is an older house on the property which would make a great camphouse.
