Along with the main house, there are additional houses and living quarters, a saloon-style bar and game room, a stone fountain and gate, a patio featuring a vineyard and fireplace, an outdoor hot tub and whirlpool, and a private outdoor shower.

The ranch features a lighted automatic skeet and trap range, a lighted and paved runway and helipad, and a variety of hunting blinds from large towers to smaller, permanent bow blinds.
