DESCRIPTION: This working cattle ranch is located where the Mohave and Sonoran Deserts converge; and where grass, browse and succulents abound. It has excellent water and year round feed with a tastefully updated headquarters situated in the foothills of the Hualapai Mountains. The terrain consists of open flat desert areas in the lower country that transition to rolling hills and mountains with elevations ranging from just below 2,000 feet to just over 7,200 feet on Pine Mountain with the majority of the ranch between 3,500 to 4,500 feet. The ranch has scenic mountain and desert views and contains an array of wildlife including: deer, jack rabbits, lion, coyotes, quail and javelina.

CARRYING CAPACITY: The carrying capacity for the ranch is 490 head of cattle and 10 horses year long with ephemeral increases during wet years. In the past four years, it has had increases three times running approximately 750-800 steers.
IMPROVEMENTS: This ranch is the total package. The tastefully improved headquarters is located on +/-122.83 acres in the foothills of the Hualapai Mountains at an elevation of +/- 3,500 feet situated among beautiful granite boulders. It includes a remodeled two bedroom, one bath main residence that once was an 1880s stage stop with thick adobe walls; a one bedroom, one bath bunkhouse; a steel shop with concrete floor; tack house; working corrals with scale and squeeze chute. There are nine other pens/water lots/corrals on the ranch and there is ten miles of recently constructed fence. Approximately one mile south of the headquarters is a 1,500 foot dirt airstrip.
