The ranch is located 56 miles NNW of Coyame. And from there, 55 miles to Ojinaga, Chihuahua and Presidio, Texas, passing through the beautiful scenery of the Peguis Canyon.
There are 9 wells throughout the ranch, six of them fully operational, three need to be drilled deeper. All nine wells are registered with Mexicos Water Commission (CONAGUA), and all have their water rights titles up to date. There are six additional well sites marked for future drilling. There are 31 dirt water tanks throughout the ranch; some of them last all year long.
The land has blue Gramma and other native grass cover interspersed with various species of brush and trees typical of this region like mesquite, and is home to a variety of wild life species like pronghorn antelope, mule deer, puma, lynx cat, coyote, duck, cranes, owls, javelins and wild turkey.
