These 178 acres has some of the best wildlife backup I have ever seen. You can tell from my pics that Giant whitetail bucks live and frequent this tract regularly. The Flint Hills refuge has no hunting in areas and also closes its deer hunters off Oct 31st. That leaves Nov and Dec with no hunting pressure next to these 178 acres. The owner plants corn and wheat on this old CRP tract to help hold the game close. Its about as good as it gets for trophy whitetails and good turkey hunting to boot. Call for a showing.
