Secluded property SW of Caddo with good recreational and agricultural appeal. There are 6-7 stock tanks with headwater drainages for Little Cedar Creek. A scenic ridgeline runs through the southwestern portion of the property providing impressive distant views. Higher terrain is level to rolling with previously cultivated fields and pastureland. Tree cover consists of live oaks, cedar and mesquite. There is some active production on the property and no minerals. A large transmission line crosses the eastern part of the property. There is an old home serves as a hunter's weekend getaway and there are some old cattle pens nearby. The ranch is perimeter fenced with some internal cross fencing.
