The farm is conveniently located just a few miles east of the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area, just south of Highway 68 between Cadiz and Canton. Hopkinsville is just 25 minutes away and offers major medical facilities and a commercial airport that services all major airlines. Finally, a short drive leads to incredible fishing and duck hunting at Lake Barkley, boasting numerous access points and ramps.

The Farm

The farm currently sits outside of the established CWD zones for Kentucky and spans an impressive +/-715.87 surveyed acres. Approximately 620 acres is encompassed by 4.5-miles of high fence. With an extensive history of white-tailed deer management, the wildlife habitat on the farm is unparalleled. Large, mature hardwoods dominate much of the property and strategically placed food plots are scattered throughout. There is also a +/- 40 acre high-production row crop field, perfect for soybean and corn cultivation. Adding to the allure of this exceptional hunting ground is an eight-acre clean lake, filled with bass and bluegill. Finally, the property holds one of only three Shooting Preserve Permits in Kentucky, which will transfer to the new landowners.

The Lodges
