The Kirk farm fronts on Highway 90 on the west side of Uvalde, and contains 164.4468 acres: 117 acres irrigated by pivot (one ~95 acre pivot and one ~22 acre pivot) and 37 acres of furrow irrigation. The third well is located near the south end of the property and services the recreational lake area and small mobile home at the lake. The pivot acreage currently leases for $125 per acre per year and the furrow acreage for $50 per acre per year.

-There is a three bedroom house located on the property, with approximately 3000+ square feet. It has three baths, living room, dining room, kitchen with large utility room and two car garage. It is currently being leased for $1,100/month.
-There is a 6500 square foot enclosed barn with a concrete floor and lean-to sheds on both sides of the barn. A break and restroom is located on the south end of the barn. The barn is currently leased to CrossFire Manufacturing for $650/per month.
