Kirby Tract

Kirby Tract Located in Screven County, GA east of Sylvania is 123.12 acres of prime recreational and timber land. Property has multiple large game fields with built box stands on most fields. There are several bays that hold water during winter and most of the summer months. Wood ducks are a common site in these areas. Every time we have been to the property, we run deer out of the fields that currently have peas planted in them. Habitat is also excellent for turkey as well.
