Charles Springs is located approximately 5 miles South of Dowling Park. This County Park consists of 5 acres of land along the Suwannee River and has been designated as a historic site. The small shallow spring has a diameter of about 25 feet and a depth of 2 10 feet. The area is heavily wooded and features a nice bluff overlooking the Suwannee River. There is a one lane, paved boat ramp and parking area and wooden steps leading down to the spring. The park is also along the Suwannee River Wilderness Trail route from White Springs to the mouth of the Suwannee at the Gulf of Mexico.

At Kate's Meadow you will find two 10 acre parcels and one 20 acre parcel. Each parcel is located on a county graded dirt road with giant oak trees lining the front of each parcel. Both 10 acre parcels are completely cleared in pasture grass with fencing along the front and back boundaries. The 20 acre parcel is 80% cleared in pasture grass with approximately 7 rows of pine trees along the western boundary that will provide shade in the future. Threes sides of the 20 acre parcel are already fenced and a second fence on the lot separates the planted pine trees from the pasture. There is no requirement or timetable to build. Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted. Farm animals are permitted.

There are NO DEED RESTRICTIONS on this property, but you must follow the building codes of Suwannee County when you do decide to build or make improvements.
