Joyce River Ranch

This 434 +/- acre #riverranch is located 16 miles south of Monte Vista, CO and 4.5 miles west on County Rd BB. Both sides of the Alamosa River flow through the property. Most of the land borders BLM. Electrical power has already been pulled through the site. Large cliffs line the river making this a perfect spot for rock clilmbers and hikers. Currently no fish are in the river. However, it is believed that the river will support fish soon if not already.
