Approximately 8 miles south of Clinton lies this 98 acre, Laurens County tract. Largely wooded with Loblolly Pine Plantations (see mapping in Additional Information Tab).
The parcels' oldest plantation was established in 2000, covering approximately 48 acres. The younger pine plantation was planted in 2008 and covers an area estimated at 38 acres. Neither plantation has incurred a first thinning.
Nine acres of the tract is a mixed hardwood stand, with the balance of the property being non-forested.
The tract offers frontage on Highway 56 and is a short drive to amenities in Clinton. In addition its financial potential, one could enjoy hunting and other recreation.
