Drive about 1/4 mile North of Soda Dam and come to a road on your left called Raptor Road, take that road and you will come to a driveway where you start at an elevation of approximately 6478 ft. and end up at an elevation of approximately 6570 ft. where you have great East, South and partially West views. Views consist of Redondo to the Soda Dam to the South, Cat Mesa to the East and tent rocks to the southwest. Look down and through the Pion trees you could see some resident mule deer and elk in the Winter. Look East and you will see the Jemez River where you will fine Rainbow and German Brown Trout. Get back to the highway and head North about 4 miles and you will enter the Santa Fe National Forest where you will find more deer and elk plus turkey, grouse, bear. If you head towards the East, (and only about an half hour drive from this lot), you will come to the entrance of Valles Caldera National Preserve which recently became a National Park and within the Park you will see beautiful mountains and valleys.

Lot 1-B is an approximate 10.6 acre tract of land sitting in amongst Pinon and Juniper trees with some Oak. Water is supplied by the Jemez Valley Water Cooperative; cost for joining and a water meter being $1500.00. Electric is provided by the Jemez Mountain Electric Coop. The road is maintained by the Eagle Heights Homeowners Association and definitely easy access to State Highway 4.
