Located in southern Jefferson County, this 207 +/- acre farm is a sportsmans paradise. The property is loaded with deer and turkey, and when you see the habitat, you will see why. Several areas of this property were hit by a tornado roughly 20 years ago, and many large trees were pushed over. Now those areas have grown new white oak timber, but also vast areas of thickets where wildlife is thriving! These areas provide ideal deer bedding, turkey nesting and escape cover for small game. Adjacent to these areas are mature stands of various mast producing oak trees. In the creek bottoms you will find a good number of walnut trees. The open areas on the property have a lot of potential, and need to be planted in food plots and/native warm season grasses. Grain planted in these fields would pull deer from neighboring properties, as this area has very little agriculture. If you plant it ...

The western border of the property is Calico Creek, and the northern property line is Big River. Big River is known to have some of the best smallmouth bass fishing the Show-Me State has to offer, and the views of the beautiful rock facings are something to behold. The access to the Big River is ideal, and one could drive a pick-up truck out on a gravel bar in the middle of the river! Doesnt get much better than that!
