The arena complex is an approximately 200 x 400 (80,000 sq. ft.) building and is of metal construction. It features a 140 x 240 arena of pipe construction. The arena has 6 Priefert bucking chutes, and Priefert roping chutes. There are two announcers stands (one on each end of the arena), multiple livestock holding pens with automatic waters, cattle load out for semi-truck or gooseneck trailers and 6 Big Ass Fans. There is stadium seating for approximately 800 people along the north side of the arena, fans over the stands and a large concession stand with commercial appliances. Both sides of the arena are concreted. There are two rows of 12 x 12 box stalls (total of 63 stalls) with concrete alley ways on the east end of the building. There are heated and cooled mens and womens restrooms with showers. Along the south side of the arena, there are nine (9) 20 x 20 box stalls with a roll up garage door in each stall and automatic waters, a large wash rack with hot and cold water, and a large tack room. On the west end of the building there is a two-story retail store space that is approximately 10,000 sq. ft., heated and cooled. It is currently used to sell saddles and tack.

STALL BARN

There is an 80 x 150 metal stall barn on the west end of the property that features sixty-seven (67) 12 x 12 box stalls with two concrete alley ways.

SHOP

There is a 40 x 180 insulated, heated and cooled metal building that is currently used as a saddle shop. It features an office and conference room, two bathrooms and a kitchen.

PARKING AND RV HOOK UP

The facility has a 5.5+/- acre caliche parking lot that features fifty (50) RV hookups with electricity and water.

OWNERS RESIDENCE

The owners residence consists of a 2,400+/- sq. ft. three-bedroom, two-bath rock home. The back yard features a large swimming pool and hot tub with waterfalls and a water slide. There is also a nice outdoor kitchen with a TV that can be seen from the hot tub. There is a two-car garage, and a large carport as well.

PASTURES

There are two large pastures on the property with water and loafing sheds.

WATER

Water to the property is provided by city water. Little Brushy Creek also runs through the middle of the property.
