Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park is only 9 miles south of Ivywood Estates. Nestled on the banks of the Suwannee River, the park is an 800-acre destination renowned for spectacular shows, large-scale events, and live music every weekend. Ten miles northeast of Ivywood Estates you will find the town of Jasper. In Jasper there is a grocery stores, CVS, restaurants, and much more. Fifteen miles south is the town of Live Oak. At Live Oak there is a Super Wal-Mart, Lowes, two grocery stores (Publix and Winn Dixie), Shands Hospital, restaurants, and plenty more.

Ivywood Estates is located on a county maintained paved road. Electricity is available to the front of each property. The properties are wooded in pine trees, but we have cleared a driveway and home site on each parcel. There is no requirement or timetable to build. Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted. Farm animals are permitted. The land is zoned 1 home per 5 acres.

There are NO DEED RESTRICTIONS on this property, but you must follow the building codes of Hamilton County when you do decide to build or make improvements.
