LOCATION
Isolated Acres Ranch is located in the western part of Fisher County. The property is approximately 12 miles west of Rotan and 20 miles east of Snyder. Access the ranch through a half-mile private easement off of Farm to Market Road 3205.

Isolated Acres Ranch consists of 839 acres all in Fisher County. The land has been used for grazing a few head of livestock and the owners have never hunted the property. WILDLIFE
Wildlife that inhabit the area are white-tailed deer, mule deer, feral hogs, Rio Grande turkeys, as well as mourning doves with occasional white winged doves, bobwhite quail, coyotes, bobcats, and various other varmints. There have been numerous aoudads seen on the ranch and captured on game camera.
