Owner developed two new irrigation wells, with one well producing 1400 GPM, owner states that there is no draw down on this well.

The other well producing 400-500 GPM, and two older wells on the property not being used at this time, one of the older wells was bailed down too 520 ft.

This Tract 1 is equipped with 2 new 8000 Series Valley sprinklers, both sprinklers covering 250 acres each, both 12 tower full circles.

The owner planted a circle of corn, which produced 264 bushels an acre, and a circle in cotton, which looks very good.
