Marsing, Idaho is at the heart Idaho’s wine and orchard country.  Several renowned wineries and orchards are within minutes of this rural community including Ste. Chapelle Winery, Hells Canyon Winery, Koenig Vineyards, Fujishin Family Cellars and more.  This peaceful town sits on the banks of the Snake River and is known as the Gateway to the Owyhee mountain range.  Its residents enjoy celebrating annual events such as its Independence Day Celebration, Light up the Night Parade, Owyhee County Fair & Rodeo, the Leroy Breshear’s Family Fishing Derby or Art in the Park.

Owyhee County is a playground for recreationalists.  If you enjoy fishing, there are opportunities to cast your fishing pole in either the Snake River or the Owyhee River.  Visitors can hike, camp or ride horses in the Bruneau Dunes State Park.  For those that love the thrill of ATVing, Owyhee County has an extensive trail system with hundreds of miles of public trails.  It is also home to the Snake River Birds of Prey National Conservation Area.
