Ironwood Equestrian Farm

The Ironwood Equestrian Farm is comprised of approximately 8 acres and is located 30 minutes south of Albuquerque, NM within the Rio Grande Valley. Originally developed as a breeding and boarding facility Ironwood Farm has all the amenities and improvements in place to get buyers up and riding. The enclosed heated barn has 5 stalls with drinkers and mats, feed storage, tackroom, wash bay, restroom, concrete center, pass through doors and a small office/apt. Utilities on site include public electric service, private well, septic and propane. Additional improvements include an 8 pen covered shed row with power, water and lighting, a pipe fenced outdoor arena, covered hay storage and trailer parking.
