This farm is on the west side of Hwy 194 three miles northwest of Hart and consists of approximately 302 acres out of Section 45 (Tract 1) which is cut diagonally by the highway plus the east half of Section 56 (Tract 2). The two tracts are contiguous but separated by a county road. Each tract has three irrigation wells with submersible electric pumps and motors and a half-mile, center-pivot sprinkler irrigation system nozzled at 1200 gpm which are run one at a time. The sprinkler on Tract 1 is a late-model Valley and the sprinkler on Tract 2 is a T&L. The farm has excellent topography and soils with about 96% being clay loam.
