This parcel contains a mature natural stand of pine and hardwood timber in need of thinning. The topography is gently rolling with two feeder tributaries draining to a cove of Toledo Bend. The creek drains contain a mix of mast-producing Hardwood timber on the tributaries and are set up well for bow stand locations. A pipeline on the north boundary provides an easy access location for a box blind. The well pad along the northern border provides a staging area between hunts. A boat launch to Toledo Bend and improved camping spots are located near the property at circle drive. Access is depicted on the attached maps across timber companies and private lands. An agreement can be negotiated along the rock well road for (deeded access to harvest timber only). Ingress/egress for recreational purposes will have to use the access route noted.
