The McFarland Unit consists of 10,154 Acres where controlled-only firearm hunts are offered. The previously controlled hunts have consisted of three weekends per year only. This is a huge bonus for the buyer because the McFarland Unit borders the property on 3 sides. This serves as a refuge for a large portion of deer season. The area, in general, is well known as a consistent producer of 170+ deer and it has great Quail habitat.
