The predominant tree on this property is oak. The property is covered with deer and turkey, as well as small game. The interior of the property has 9 miles of trails strategically located to allow ATV/SUV easy access throughout the property for hunting and recreation. There is only one road access for entrance and egress to this property keeping it secluded and prime habitat for wildlife.

This lodge also has a full unfinished basement with high ceilings and a walkout door, in addition to the interior access. The main living area of the lodge has beautiful wood walls and ceiling with exposed red oak beams. The closets are cedar lined and the floors in this lodge include tile, hardwood and some carpet. There is a beautiful covered wrap around porch and a second story deck for enjoying the beautiful scenery. There is a 30 X 40, 3 bay shop with 10 ceilings and 8 X 9 oversized doors. The shop is completely insulated. There is also a barn which is great for large equipment storage, such as tractor and implements. These 3 buildings are together in an area of the property that has large, beautiful shade trees this area is groomed like a state park!
