Hunting Land with Small Crop Acreage

This property consist of both forested and non forested acres. There is an open field on the north side of the property and the remaining acres are forested acres. The forested acres are considered to be one stand of mixed pine and hardwoods. The hardwoods consist of pulpwood size trees and are mainly Sweetgum, Water Oak, Willow Oak, Hickory, Elm and some red oak species. The timber on this property was harvested +/- 14 years ago and was naturally regenerated. The stand is well stocked and manageable for both wildlife and timber production. The diversity of woody and herbaceous vegetation provide excellent habit for native wildlife.
