I personally have hunted and worked on this property for the last few years and to be honest, it really doesn’t get much better. It has great cover, some open areas that could easily be turned into tillable or as is now, a great destination food plot attracting all the deer in the area. There are also several well-established secluded clover plots throughout the property. All the food plots have recently been soil sampled, limed and fertilized. The property has a major creek drainage running through the middle providing a great corridor for rutting bucks and other wildlife to travel. Also, several strip pit water holes holding fish and ducks are scattered through the area. Even the low-lying areas in the timber along the creek hold hundreds of wood ducks feeding off the pin oaks each fall. The large timber on and around the property provides excellent turkey habitat and the large food plot provides all the food they need to last through the spring season.  Well-maintained trail systems allow you to tour the property without disturbing the wildlife.
