Do you like to hunt? Deer, turkey, bear are all on this tract of remote property. Wooded acreage with stream and springs on the property (according to owner). Rough and rugged, bring your generator or solar power if you like the conveniences! You must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle or a 4-wheeler to access the property, if you come in from the Muse side. You can also get there off of Hwy 259, by turning at the 3 Sticks Monument and going west on FS Road 1650. This is a remote property, not suitable for full-time living unless you want to truly get "off the grid". USFS is nearby and all roads leading to property are USFS Roads.

Hwy 8 West from Mena, cross into Oklahoma (turns to Hwy 63), go to Muse, turn left on River Road, at the "Y", stay left. Property starts approximately at the large clearing on the left side of road. Must have 4WD or 4 wheeler to access from the Muse side. You can also turn left (south) at Big Cedar & then turn right at the 3 Sticks Monument, follow USFS Road 1650, at the "T" turn right on D4675 for a short distanct, property will be on your right. There are property stakes/markers on both sides of the road.
