This approx. 1100 square feet camp is located at the end of a dead-end public road on the western side of the Big Lake WMA. It offers immediate access to public lands hunting by way of the ATV access trail just across the road in from of the camp.

The camp has 2 bedrooms along with a loft with 2 additional beds. It will come furnished and with appliances. There are porches on the front and back. The camp has a metal roof. Additionally, there is a skinning rack, a dog pen, a metal building on a concrete slab, and 2 RV hookups for guests or rent. Grafted pecan trees are on the property, too.
