This is a hunting camp with camphouse discreetly tucked back in the woods, just off of Alabama 21, near Mt. Willing. It has county water to the campsite, including an RV hookup and an additional waterline to the site of a smaller camphouse that burned a year or so ago. Solar panels produce electricity for lights, etc. A generator shed allows your generator to silently provide power for water heating, cooking, watching weather reports and games on tv during the day and after the hunt. Good cellular service. The camp needs a couple of work weekends by your hunting club to be in top shape. The owner is in construction and built the house and everything else very solidly. The house looks down on hardwood drains in three directions, with one drain containing a nice green field with ground that gets torn up by deer tracks every day under the feeder. Very secure location and the house locks up tight! Get your hunting club members together and y'all buy this awesome setup!
