This is an incredible property on many fronts. The property is mostly high ground that’s a mix of rolling terrain and level areas. It was evident due to the amount of trails and beds in this portion of the property.  I found several locations that would be excellent sites to build stands using the terrain and travel patterns to catch that buck slipping by — definitely an incredible property for deer, bear, grouse and trapping. Getting back to the cabin it has a well and septic. A person could continue to use this cabin as a cabin or they could fix things up a bit and turn the place into a year-round residence with a bit of elbow grease. Overall though this place has a great cabin and an incredible piece of land!!! The location is also great being out in the country yet a short drive to the range towns.
